Giving the courts some teeth!

- Only Congress and State/Territory/Local legislatures can make law, not the Courts. But the courts need tools to force these legislatures to change laws and bills when they are found lacking.

- All courts should have an odd number of judges (3 for Inferior, 5 for Appellant, 7 for Supreme) and have those judges assigned randomly from pools for terms of 5 years.
